Summary
| Roster | Ten creators, two added a week | Six weeks from zero to 10 live creators, then the roster holds while we test hooks and kill losers early. |
|---|---|---|
| Who | Customers and honest reviewers | Creators who already buy capsules, powder or Kingdom Burst. The 446 verified reviews on Bliss show where to look. |
| Production | 7 videos per creator per week | That is 303 creator videos a month once 10 creators are live (Calculated). |
| Pay | Three bands: Starter, Standard, Premium | Caps of $600, $1,000 and $1,500. The monthly ceiling is $15,000 with bonuses excluded (Proposed). |
| Bonus | Bonus at the cap, $50 past 100,000 views | Cap bonuses of $300, $500 and $700. One $50 view bonus per creator per month, organic views only. |
| Compliance | Claims sheet, literal site lines only | Free shipping over $75, 4.9 stars across 446 verified reviews and the guarantee are the first approved lines. |
| Category rule | No health outcomes, ever | Creators repeat the brand's own wording or say nothing. Any breach voids the bonus on that video. |
| Goal | $1 per 1,000 views | The target is Proposed. The simulator shows $5.74 today against $1.00, so hooks have to do the work. |
| Report | Every Monday | Videos live, views, cost per 1,000 views, winning hooks and claim flags, per creator. |
| Decision | Approve the sheet and ten creators | Your lead signs off the claims sheet and the pay bands. Creators start going live the week after. |

History
Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.
At Tabs I built the creator program and the paid ad engine side by side. The playbook is the same here: a small roster, a hook library, one variable per test, losers killed early. The category is different: herbal products. I have not run this category, so the claims sheet and the category rules come before the first brief.

Why now
7,000+
Retail stores nationwide
The site says Kingdom Kratom is trusted by 7,000+ retail stores. A creator can send a viewer to a shelf as well as a checkout.
Published446
Verified reviews on one capsule
Bliss Green Blend Kratom Capsules carry 446 verified reviews at 4.9 stars. That is a ready proof line for every Bliss video.
Published941
Reviews behind a 4.9 on another page
One page shows 4.9 based on 941 reviews. Customers already talk; creators put a face and a bottle to it.
Published50%
An affiliate program already exists
The site has a Become An Affiliate link and an affiliate quote mentioning 50% upfront and 10% recurring. I would start from that audience, not around it.

Principles
Claims sheet before camera
Every creator gets approved lines copied from the site, such as free shipping over $75 and the money-back guarantee. No sheet line, no claim. Questions go to the lead before shooting.
One number to protect
The target is $1 per 1,000 views. The simulator says $5.74 today. Hooks are tested one variable at a time, and the weekly report shows which ones close the gap.
Ramp slow, kill losers early
Two creators a week, up to 10, over six weeks. Seven videos per creator per week gives 303 videos a month, enough to drop weak hooks fast.
One workspace, nothing in DMs
Briefs, claim questions, drafts, wins and the Monday report live in five channels. Claim answers are written down once and reused for every creator.

MartaMon 8:30 AM
This week: Bliss Green Blend Kratom Capsules, 60 Count at $18.99. Open on the bottle, one hook per video, close on free shipping over $75. Claims sheet open before you shoot.
RafaTue 10:15 AM
Can I tell viewers the capsules fix my afternoon slump?
No. Stay on the sheet: 4.9 stars across 446 verified reviews, or the guarantee. Outcome promises are out, for every video.
Weekly botAppMon 9:00 AM

MartaWed 2:40 PM
Draft back to you, Jess. The opening promises a result, so cut it. Start on the Calm Red Blend bottle and the label instead. Reshoot only the first scene.
SamFri 6:05 PM
The Kingdom Burst three-flavor taste test just crossed 100,000 views. Nothing was boosted.
Bonus checkAppFri 6:20 PM
Check passed: organic views only, claims sheet lines only, disclosure present. The flat $50 bonus is queued, one per creator per month.
The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Formats

Brief 01
Bliss morning routine
“Taste-free, on-the-go: my Bliss Green Blend capsules.”
Handheld, kitchen counter. Show the 60 Count bottle, read the label aloud, close on the $18.99 price and free shipping over $75.

Brief 02
Burst three-flavor taste test
“I tried all three Kingdom Burst flavors. Ranking them.”
Single take, three packets lined up. Taste each on camera, rank them by flavor only, show the $11.99 price at the end.

Brief 03
Boost capsule unboxing
“Boost White Blend, 60 count, $18.99. Let's open it.”
Overhead on a desk. Open the jar, show size 00 capsules at approx. 0.6g, then the 120 count price of $34.99 as a size note.

Brief 04
Calm Red label read
“Red vein, Calm Red Blend. Here is what is on the label.”
Close-up on the bottle in natural light. Read the label line by line, no outcome talk, finish on the Calm Red Blend page.

Brief 05
Powder size ladder
“Powder from $8.50. Here is the size ladder, 25G to 1KG.”
Table shot, bags in a row by size. Walk the ladder from the 25G entry size up to the 1KG bag, prices only, no effects.
Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “Free shipping on orders over $75”, “Rated 4.9 stars across 446 verified reviews, with 94% of buyers giving it 5 stars”, “No questions asked 30-day money-back guarantee”. Product names are said as printed.
Part 6 of 15
Recruiting
Four sources in
Verified reviewers
Customers who reviewed Bliss Green Blend, with 446 verified reviews at 4.9 stars. They already buy it and have words for it.
The affiliate page
The site has a Become An Affiliate link, and an affiliate quote on the site mentions 50% upfront and 10% recurring. I would ask who is already active there.
Taste-test and unboxing creators
Creators who already film flavored packets, capsule bottles and powder bags. Kingdom Burst, Boost and Calm give them three easy formats.
Local-shop customers
The brand says it is trusted by 7,000+ retail stores. Shoppers who film a local shop run give a shelf-based angle.
Five filters, fewer each step
1Buys or would buy the product
They can name a Kingdom Kratom product they use or would pick, and say why without outcome talk.
2Reads a label on camera
A trial video where they read a real label cleanly: ingredients, count, size, price.
3Adult audience
Their followers are adults. Anyone whose audience skews young is out at the first look.
4Takes a claims correction
They accept a draft sent back for a claim and reshoot only the first scene, without argument.
5Posts without a boost
Their organic reach is steady, because the bonus counts organic views only.
Part 7 of 15
Who
Morning-routine creator
Films a calm morning with the bottle on the counter, price and label in frame, no result promises.
Likely product: Bliss Green Blend Kratom Capsules
Honest taste tester
Ranks flavors on camera by taste alone and says plainly what they would rebuy.
Likely product: Kingdom Burst Flavored Kratom Extract
Price-ladder shopper
Walks the size ladder from the small entry size to the kilo and does the per-gram maths out loud.
Likely product: Red Maeng Da Kratom Powder
Capsule-count comparer
Compares the 60 count and 120 count jars, pill size and price per capsule, nothing else.
Likely product: Boost White Blend Capsules
Festival streetwear creator
Wears the cap at events and on drives. Merch gives a creator an easy first video.
Likely product: Signature Kingdom Logo Cap
Sampler unboxer
Opens the three-blend pack and walks through each blend by label, one bottle at a time.
Likely product: Kratom Blend Capsule Sample Pack
Left off, every time
Always left out: creators with a young audience, anyone who promises health outcomes, gives dosing advice beyond the label, compares kratom with medication, or says it is legal everywhere. The category rule applies to every creator, every video, every bonus.

Never said
Each one with the reason it stays out.
Kratom treats pain or anxiety
A health outcome. Only the brand's own wording is allowed, and this is not on the sheet.
It replaces coffee or any medication
A comparison and a health claim in one. Never made.
Legal everywhere, ships anywhere
Legality varies and the brand has not confirmed a shipping or legal line.
Better than any other kratom brand
An unsupported comparison. Creators say what is on the label, not who is best.
Safe for everyone to take as much as you like
A safety and dosing claim. Dosing stays with the label.
Guaranteed results or your day will change
An outcome promise. The guarantee on the sheet is a money-back line, nothing else.
Helps you quit anything
A health outcome and a medical claim. Never made, in any wording.
To confirm with the brand
Held until someone on the brand side signs off.
Most users report feeling effects within 20 to 40 minutes of taking their serving
An effect-timing line from a product page. The brand confirms if creators may repeat it.

Differs from the 4.9 ratings elsewhere. Needs the brand's current figure before use.

Pay
Starter
$300–600
a month, by band
Starter: new creators with a small audience who can hold seven short videos a week.
Bonus at the cap: $300
Standard
$500–1,000
a month, by band
Standard: steady creators who already post product videos and take a claims correction fast.
Bonus at the cap: $500
Premium
$800–1,500
a month, by band
Premium: creators whose Bliss, Burst or Boost videos already pull views, paid for volume and reliability.
Bonus at the cap: $700
Under 100,000 views
$0
The base pay covers the work.
+$50 flat
Whatever the band.
Top-up to your cap
Bonus = band cap − base pay.
- One bonus per creator per month: the flat $50 when a video passes 100,000 views.
- The bonus is per video: only the video that passes 100,000 views earns it.
- Organic views only. Boosted or paid views never count.
- No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the category rule, even above 100,000 views.
Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.
The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.
Part 11 of 15
Simulator
303 videos a month reach 1.8M views at $10,050, so $5.74 per 1,000 views against $1.00. Either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.
To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.
Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.
Part 11 of 15, continued
What moves the result
| If the median is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 750 | 1.4M | $10,050 | $6.96 | No |
| 1,500 | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 3,000 | 2.4M | $10,050 | $4.24 | No |
| If the viral share is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0.3% | 1.2M | $10,000 | $8.44 | No |
| 0.5% | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 1% | 2.9M | $10,150 | $3.52 | No |
The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.
Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Warm-up
Claims sheet and first creators
Lock the claims sheet, the category rules and the five formats. Then add two creators a week up to 10 over six weeks.
Month 1
Test hooks, kill losers
Seven videos per creator per week on Bliss, Burst, Boost and Calm. One variable per test, weak hooks dropped in the first week of data.
Month 2
Double down on the winners
Winning hooks go to every creator. Pay bands are reviewed. The Monday report shows cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target.
Month 3
Add the paid step
Organic winners move toward paid only after the brand confirms what each platform allows. The bonus stays organic-only.
Day 90
Keep, cut or rework
Compare the result with the $1 target and with the $5.74 the simulator started from. Keep what lowers it, cut the rest.
Monthly ceiling
A cap you can plan on
With all 10 creators at the top cap, the ceiling is $15,000 a month, bonuses excluded (Proposed).
$15,000 Monthly ceiling, all 10 creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded Proposed
The roster grows by two creators a week, so hook performance can be read week over week instead of by anecdote.
Part 13 of 15
Report
Every Monday: videos live per creator, views, cost per 1,000 views against $1.00, the hooks that held and any claim flags on Bliss, Burst, Boost, Calm or powder.

Exit
From organic to paid
Pick the organic winner
A video that passed 100,000 views organically, with every claim from the sheet, is the only candidate.
Get written permission
The creator agrees in writing to paid use of the video before anything is boosted, and the bonus stays organic-only.
Check platform rules
I have not run this category. The brand confirms what each platform allows for kratom before any spend.
Test one variable
Run the winner against one changed hook. Compare cost per 1,000 views with the $1 target and drop the loser.
From the video to the checkout
- Bliss Green Blend 60 Count at $18.99 for the capsule videos.
- Kingdom Burst at $11.99 for the taste-test video.
- Kratom Blend Capsule Sample Pack at $49.99 for the sampler unboxing.
- Free shipping on orders over $75 as the closing line before checkout.
- A shelf mention of 7,000+ retail stores for the local-shop videos.
Part 15 of 15
Category rules
Kratom: what every creator follows
Kratom is a sensitive category. Creators repeat the brand's own words and nothing else. I have not run it, so these six rules apply from the first brief.
Claims sheet only
Every claim comes from the approved sheet, copied as written. If a line is not on it, the creator asks in #claims-check before shooting, not after posting.
No health outcomes
Creators never say kratom treats, cures or fixes anything. Brand wording on effect profiles is repeated only if the brand confirms it for creators.
Adult audience only
Creators with a young audience do not join. Videos never target or feature minors, and the brand-side lead can pull any video.
Dosing stays on the label
Creators read serving lines as printed and give no personal dosing tips, no stacking and no mixing with anything else.
Legality and platforms
No saying legal everywhere. Shipping and local-law lines wait for the brand. Paid use of any video waits until platform rules are confirmed.
Disclosure and the bonus
Every video is labeled as a paid partnership. A video that breaks a rule earns no bonus, and the $50 view bonus counts organic views only.
The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
